Mr. Pattanaik has a good understanding of microfinance and has more than two decades of experience in implementing various developmental and micro enterprise activities. He is also known for his innovative approaches in the developmental sector. He dreamed this institution and guided the process of setting an institution for the women and a sustainable livelihood for them. He played a key role in setting up various community institutions, is an advisor to various Dist. Administrations and is also a member in various committee formed by State Govt.

Mr. Dibyajyoti holds a management certificate from Boulder Institute of Management, USA in Micro Finance. Besides, he has been trained by MicroSave, Crisil, Accion International in different aspects of microfinance and micro-enterprise management. He currently holds the post of Director at AMPL. He played a key role in transformation of Mission Annapurna of People’s Forum to AMPL.

Mr. Sanjay is an excellent trainer in micro entrepreneurship. Along with being a trainer in the field of entrepreneurship, his expertise also lies in the areas of achievement motivation, soft skill development. His expertise helped AMPL in SHG grooming, development and leadership building. He has worked with different management institution as faculty.

Mr. Das has good experience of microfinance sector, worked with a large micro insurance company prior to joining AMPL. He has generated new initiatives and has constantly making the Company gets adapted with continuous improvement and implementation. He is instrumental in strengthening and streamlining the overall operations of AMPL.

Mr. Patra, an M.Com and was enrolled as a member of ICAI and presently working with AMPL. He is experienced in preparation and maintenance of the Books of Accounts, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and TDS work and is having an energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards task accomplishment.

A Company Secretary by profession with a good experience in handling Company Secretary’s and Legal Functions independently in a large organization of repute. He is expertise in all the aspects of the Company Law, Legal and Statutory Compliances.

Mr. Rath, an MBA in finance and CA Inter worked in different chartered firms prior to joining this organization. He has expertise in accounts and internal control. He is looking after the Accounts department of AMPL. Manager –Accounts

Mr. Pattanaik has a good experience of microfinance and has been instrumental in strengthening and streamlining the Internal Audit and Risk department with regular monitoring. He has an excellent knowledge on risk management in microfinance. He is looking after the Risk factor of the Company.

Mr. Sahu has radical experience on the operation of micro finance and has been instrumental in strengthening and streamlining the overall operations from the beginning of the programme. He has vast knowledge to manage the operation department in the microfinance company. He is looking after the overall operation process of Annapurna Microfinance.

An Agribusiness Management by profession has been involved in the human resource management in the organization and coordinates with each department to affect profitability. She has a good knowledge on finance so she is looking after the finance of Annapurna Microfinance.

A MBA in systems and has been involved in the management information system of various microfinance institutions prior to joining the organization. She has been involved in the organization’s MIS operation for last two years.
